Dear God, my song every day is that You draw me nearer to You. It is good that I draw near to You because Your presence drives away all fears. I have made You my Refuge, that I may tell of all Your wondrous works. As powerful as You are, You are so pleasant You do not cast me away whenever I draw near to You. Help me to cleanse my hands, purify my heart and wholly trust You. You are near to those who call upon You in truth. I desire to come after You and so I ask that You help me deny myself of all that is capable of distracting me so that I can take up the Cross daily, and follow You. I do not want to worship You from a distance. Just as You singled out Moses as the one who could come near to You, I desire that the same grace est upon me so I can behold Your glory. AMEN
