Daily Declaration- It Pays to Abide

Dear God, I don’t want to visit Your presence, I want to abide because in doing this is my strength renewed, my joy increased and my hope restored. Anyone who says he abides in You must walk in the same manner as You walked. You were fearless, patient, compassionate, prayerful and obedient to the will of the Father. In the most difficult times, You remained in the Father, trusting Him for the best. I am privileged to be a disciple of an amazing Teacher like You. Your teachings are easy to follow if we do not try to use our human minds to analyse the how, when and why of everything You expect of us. Help me to abide in You and Your Words all the days of my life so that all that I desire will be given to me. AMEN.
