Grace and Truth

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”

                                                                                                                                                                            John 1:14 (NKJV)

Precious Saviour, I will never walk in the full measure of faith if I believe my walk with You is about “doing” when in the real sense, it is about “being”. I do not need to live to impress You or anyone. You are pleased with me not because of what I have done but because of who I am in You- A daughter of Zion, a precious jewel and the apple of Your eyes. I just want to humbly receive the undeserving love and affection You shower on me daily, not because of what I have done or how well I have put up an act but because of Your amazing, so tender and great grace. I will cease from striving with Your Spirit, as I let You be God over all the situations of my life. I admit that I cannot rely on my feelings and thought and so I ask that You fill me with the Truth that will help me to walk in the light that Your Word reveals. You are Truth and as long as I walk in You, I am sure there will be no deception or falsehood on my path. AMEN.
