Dear God, I am always motivated by the words of those who encourage, praise and bless me. Help me to encourage others as well, considering that there are so many issues people are dealing with and they sometimes do not want to talk about it. When someone needs to hear the words of affirmation, blessings and encouragement, let me be sensitive to know, so I can say those words that give life and builds up. In doing this, I will be a channel of blessing and You will be proud of me. Help me to speaks words that gives hope to others, such that helps them to realize You care about them and will always love them as a Good Father. Words are so powerful they can build or destroy. Help me to choose my words carefully, so that I can bring You honor and be a blessing to those You bring my way. AMEN.
