This week we’ll be talking about one of the most essentials things you’ll ever need- WATER.

Fun Fact

Water signifies a lot of beautiful things including the Holy Spirit (John 7:37-39, Isaiah 44:3, John 4:14, 1 Corinthians 12:13)

No wonder it does wonders to the body. Staying hydrated not only quenches our thirst, it also promotes vitality from the inside- out.

What else does Water do?

I’ll be listing 8 things water does, so every time you drink water or you don’t feel like drinking water, let this be your motivation.

  • It beautifies the skin by eliminating toxins
  • It lubricates joints.
  • It keeps our brain neurons active and firing.
  • It plays a key role in regulating metabolism.
  • It boosts energy.
  • It regulates body temperature.
  • It helps maintain blood pressure.
  • It boosts performance during exercise.

Recommended water intake per day.

For men: Around 3.7 liters

For women: Around 2.7 liters
