Dear Father, there are times when I feel like I cannot take the next step. At such times, I just feel like giving up on what I am certain You promised me will come to pass. Your joy and strength rushes in like a flood at such moments and I suddenly realize that I am well able to go on. Amazingly, when I am discouraged and unable to go on, You send my way one or more of Your Peculiar people, who are willing to strengthen my faith and help me to see how certain it is that You will not fail me. Thank You for who You are to me, and for all those You bring my way to strengthen me when I need it most. Hallelujah!
