Dear God, I can decide to do things my way but I realize that good success is guaranteed when I do things Your way. Sometimes, the things You will have me do are inconvenient, time-consuming, belittling, and far from my personal agenda but they always end up bringing me fulfilment ultimately. If I try to battle with my own power, I am bound to fail woefully. Battling in Your power, however, makes me successful against all odds. Teach me to settle all that You have called me to do on my knees so that I can stand tall before every seemingly giant, mountains, powers, authority, and troop. I will remain as a soldier in Your army, listening to Your command and doing as You instruct. I will not be the general of my own army, for without Your leading I am bound to be unsuccessful. Lead me on my Commander, and help me to obey You all the way. AMEN.
