Dear God, to trust You is to be unmoved by the facts on ground, even though they can be sometimes threatening and terrifying. That I trust you does not mean I do not have needs. It simply means that I have needs and I do not pretend I have it all together when I actually don’t. The Biblical Heroes of faith did not pretend they had it all or that everything was perfect. They simply made it obvious that despite all their weaknesses, struggles, challenges and limitations, they were bound to succeed, because they had You as their Ally. These men and women simply admitted that things were the way they were and that they could not help themselves, hence their need for Your Supernatural intervention. Trust clearly sees all the challenges on ground, but looks beyond it all and sees You! I trust You when I look beyond myself and see You in charge of it all. Help me to trust You no matter what comes my way. AMEN.
