I am very excited about the second half of this year. This might sound strange to someone who thinks there is nothing much to be excited about concerning a year that started on a funny note for nations. I kind of understand if anyone feels this way, but then, great things are still happening in our world. Children are been born, new businesses and career paths are springing up, numerous innovations and inventions are opening up, miracles of healing, supernatural provisions, restoration, are still happening.
The one in charge of the affairs of the universe is still at work, not relenting in His responsibilities as a Father, Friend and Creator of all mankind. What we see is not our reality, our reality is that there is victory and healing for the nations and this is made possible only in Him.
It is true that a lot of people and nations have been terribly affected by the Covid- 19 pandemic and several other stuffs, yet a lot of people have also experienced amazing things even in the same season. Either way, there is still so much more we can experience in this second half if we will let go of the hurt, pain, loss, anger, resentment, anxiety, fear, doubt that accompanied the first half of the year in some cases.
God is still alive doing wonders, restoring destinies, bringing hope alive, manifesting His power in the midst of His people in different homes, small gatherings, and online platforms across the globe where the Church has become a place of fellowship where families have time together not necessarily in the physical Temple or Church buildings.
Souls are still been saved , backsliders are still returning back to the Father. Do not be deceived, the kingdom of darkness is not winning the battle, God Himsekf is encountering people, coming through for the lost, healing the heart of the broken hearted, restoring hope to the hopeless, helping the helpless, soothing the pains of many, coming through for the abandoned and forsaken in miraculous ways.
To fall out of the faith at this time because you think God has been unfair, inconsiderate, out to take the lives of people, wicked to us as a people will also mean been unfair in our judgement of this God who is Love, so much He gave up His very best for us( Jesus) on the Cross, despite the fact that we did not deserve it. God is not unjust, neither is He a wicked ruler. He does what is best for His own always, which is why He sent Jesus to the Cross so that we can be reconciled back to the Father. It was a painful decision on the part of the Father and the Son but the gain supersedes the loss.
We do not remain in Him only because we see things go in the direction we want but because we can trust Him to do the best in every situation no matter what it looks like to us as humans. After all, we are only the work of His hands, we have no clue as much as He does concerning the happenings all around us. He knows what will be even in the years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds to come.
His omniscient nature is one thing that makes Him unquestionable because He has gone ahead into the future to settle all things. Rather than allow the present situations make you resent this Great God, look to the hope that He offers to all who will rely on Him, no matter what they see or do not see.
Open up your heart to what He is set to do in this second half. We need Him beyound a shadow of doubt. We cannot deal with all that is going on around the world by ourselves but He can and this implies there is wisdom in making Him the One who truly matters as we trust Him to do what He alone can do to heal our lives, homes, communities, nations, and the world at large.
I am waiting to hear your testimonies of speed, open doors, recovery, newness, divine and meaningful partnerships, fruitful connections and networks, new ideas, innovations and inventions, healing, salvation, restoration, divine supply, and move of the Spirit of God in your life, family, career, health, finances, communities and nation.
Be intentional in seeing the opportunities in this second half and go for it! There is so much He has made available to us in this season.
Your latter will indeed be greater than your former!!!
