Dear God, I want to be deliberate in my giving of thanks to You because You deserve it.There are several things that point at the need for me to recognize the loving hand of Your providence in my life. You have provided for me, healed my dieseases, defended me, shielded me from every form of destruction, forgiven all my sins, renewed my strength, saved my soul, blessed me with more than I ever thought possible. I take no credit for every precious moment of peace, victory, provision, and comfort in my life because the glory belongs to You. You have been so good to me and this my heart knows very well. I enter into this season of a new beginning with thanksgiving, for I know that I will experience abundance, increase and blessings as a result. All I desire is to glorify You, for You are Sovereign and deserving of all praises. You wonderful deeds are innumerable, so much I cannot tell it all. But with a heart of gratitude, I want to say a very big THANK YOU for everything You have done – seen and unseen, known and unknown. You are indeed the God who deserves thanks.
